Home refurbishment. Client bought this home planning on the full refurbishment. As we wait for planning consent for the wrap around extension and front porch, we are currently carrying out internal works to ensure the client can live in the house while the larger works are being done. To keep up regularly try following us on social media! 

Rebuild of an existing house. Large parts of the existing house knocked down and the main building rebuilt. Turning this property into an 11 bedroom Guest house. featuring a large kitchen, private living room and a orangery with dining area. 1 x main bathroom, 1 guest toilet and 11 ensuites. 

Large extension to an already beautiful home near Lanark road. The client wanted a large kitchen area, a mud room and an open living space off the kitchen.

Small garden works carried out near Lanark road. The garden had gorgeous full trees and lots of plants which caused the path to be uneven due to the roots. we removed the existing pathways and re installed the same slabs flat.

Home owners came to us from a refferal with a vison on how they wanted to keep the look of there home but rebuild from the front. They wanted to fully refurbish the home and extend it to the rear. Also adding a garage to the back of the driveway. 

Another small project, Client wanted to sound proof the floor as they were getting noise complaints. Photos show the build up on the floor. We did forget to get finished photos. 

Client requested a upgrade to their kitchen and dining room. We removed the wall between the two rooms and switched the external door to the opposite side to allow a U shaped kitchen and the exit to garden through the other end where the dining table would be.

Kitchen installed in Curry, this was a quick low budget upgrade kitchen in a property the client owned. very quirky tap location that was selected.
