We like to meet our clients to find out about them. This is usually as or before we get the drawings. This meeting is to ensure we can deliver exactly what you want. We will look over the space, take some measurements and photos and ask questions. We will give a full introduction of ourselves and how we can help. 

With drawings in hand, we will put together a cost for the initial plans. We often like to meet in person after we have gathered total costs and go over it in more details.

Provide a break down of the works and items that have been included and excluded.

We will formulate an abbreviated program of works to give a base timeline.

We will go over baseline costs and what is actually included. This ensures you know what you are getting and there is no hidden costs. Often when work is carried out there can be confusion between the builder and client of what is allowed for and what isn't. We break that down, from types of windows and roof tiles to finishings such as paint, tiling and floor finishes. We will bring samples of some times at this stage to allow you to see differences and costs. We usually at this stage gather the above information to be able to provide a more accurate quote for final pricing and timeline.

If we are appointed to the works, we will return for a third time to meet with you to go over any final changes or questions. We will provide a comprehensive valuation and payment break down. This is where we will discuss start times and go over all details.

First day on site, we will set up. We like to ensure the site is safe, tidy and well organised prior to works commencing. We will set up protection for areas in the home that are not being worked on and set up clean routes in and out of the home. If the client is staying in the home, we will ensure that we keep our areas to a minimum. 

We will mark out all works and go over things on site with our teams.

our team will arrive promptly in the mornings and tidy up at the end of each day. We will record photos and videos each day with a video walk through at the end of the week (can be shorter depending on the program duration). We will carry out stage inspections of our own works and with clarity walk the site with you at least once a week during a site meeting. Recordings and photos can be accessed by clients. 

Our director will walk with you and/or your architect through the project, where we will discuss program, choices timelines and any questions you have. 

We will ensure that works have been completed, checked and signed off internally prior to a walkthrough with you or your architect. We will then ask you the client to walk it with us and let us know if there is anything you are unsure of and we will rectify any issues prior to our build completion.

If you have a warranty period with us, we ask that clients gather any small snagging items for the period given ( can be 1-6 months depending on project) and at the end of that period we will carry out all of the items to your satisfaction. We will then have a close out meeting. 

At the end of your warranty period we will meet and go over your experience and ensure you are happy. We want to ensure to all of our clients that we will be here for you in the future.
